Ten Years Strong | Celebrating Passion, Vision and Friendship

Our Ten-Year Story

Through sheer coincidence, founders Kristin Kutac Ward and Lauren Messmer were both born to military families in Honolulu, Hawaii, which is perhaps why, in 2009, their shared aloha spirit combined with a passion for creativity was the catalyst for forming Solutions Advisors.

Each coming from senior living backgrounds: Kristin with more than 25 years of management and sales experience beginning her career as a nursing home administrator; and Lauren with more than 20 years in marketing and advertising strategy – the duo faced an uphill battle undertaking sales and marketing consulting assignments for communities reeling from the effects of the recession with low occupancy and dwindling wait lists.

Out of friendship and loyalty to the pair, early team members helped achieve hard-won successes in a competitive environment and the company was off to a good start. Today, more than 50 strong, Solutions Advisors Group (consisting of Solutions Advisors, SA Digital and Solvere Living) continues its commitment to serving the growing senior living industry.

Our Ten-Year Timeline & Passion

Passion can’t be learned or taught, it is a deep-seated emotion that surfaces when you truly love what you do. Our passion drives us to continually strive for excellence while also growing our talent. Our team members have been providing an average of 20 years of senior living experience and 15 years of hands-on community sales per consultant for our communities. They bring a depth of knowledge, skill and insight to our communities like no other. What has remained a constant, is the determination, tenacity and passion that grew us from a small company to an industry leader. From two team members in 2009 to now more than 50, we have grown exponentially as the senior living industry, too, has evolved.

We don’t usually brag, but we have been recognized as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row (2018 & 2019) and our team has grown across our communities and organization. The hard work of the entire organization has put us on the map over the last 10 years.

We currently work with more than 30 communities across the United States in various capacities for marketing, sales and operations. Our award winning work has been recognized across multiple categories including direct mail, brochures, sales collateral, digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
